Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, and maintain solar power systems, including panels, inverters, and electrical components.
- Conduct site assessments to determine feasibility and optimal placement of solar panels.
- Troubleshoot and repair system issues, including diagnosing electrical, mechanical, or networking problems.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance to ensure system efficiency and maximum energy generation.
- Monitor system performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements to optimize energy output.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate project schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and industry standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Solar Technician or in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of solar power systems, including installation and maintenance processes.
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical components of solar panels and inverters.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
